Return & Replacement Policy
Please contact the shipping company directly for damage during shipping.
For any other damage or defective products, please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the products and we will replace them.
When you contact us, please take pictures of the damaged or defective part of the product and send it as attachment it to your email.
If we do not have the product in stock for replacement, we will refund you.
Also, we will bear the cost of returning and resending the products.
We do not accept exchanges for products under any of the following conditions:
・The product arrived more than 15 days ago;
・Obviously worn and used (excluding trying on);
・Products with missing tags and accessories;
・Products that received staines, scratches, odors, etc. by the customer;
・Products with no defects under Xenoma standards;
・When the products are returned in a significantly different condition compared to delivery from Xenoma (including the box and accessories)
・Products returned without contacting and reaching an agreement with Xenoma
・Products on SALE (discount compaign)
・Return and exchange at customer's convenience
